2026 Howard County Community Survey

The Howard County Department of Recreation & Parks and ETC Institute are conducting a survey to help us understand recreational needs and park improvement priorities for the community. Your feedback is essential in shaping the future of recreation and parks in Howard County.
Your Opinion Matters:
We are requesting your participation in the 2026 statistically valid survey. This is your chance to directly influence the programs and facilities that matter most to you and your neighbors. Your responses will remain confidential. The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
